Step Forwards without Fear
A man was arrested on Valentines Day and is still in jail on remand in Scotland, with bail having been refused on 3 occasions [99a] . What is it about this softly spoken genteel 68 year old man that has caused the Scottish establishment to arrange his incarceration for the second time?
Why does Alex Salmond continue to break the law, defy the Information Commissioner and refuse to hand over the information that was given to him and the date it was given? [109] [110].
What is the connection between this mans imprisonment and the following?
Four Sheriffs and partners,
Two ex partners of Sheriffs
Two High Court judges and partners
Two Procurator Fiscals and partners
Six ex partners of Procurator Fiscals
Sixteen court staff
Thirty seven staff from Scottish government departments
Seventeen primary school teachers.
The answer to this last question is an Edinburgh sexual fettish club called the Violate club [5o] [51].
But I digress, to get answers to all the questions, and to understand the links between them we first need to set the sordid scene of the sick silks in what was termed the “Magic Circle” child sexual abuse scandal. This had been rumbling on in the late 1980’s but erupted in the early 1990’s.

Magic Circle Sexual Abuse Scandal
The basics of the “Magic Circle” scandal allegations were that a network of establishment individuals engaged in sexual deviations, homosexual practices and paedophilia. Twinned with this assertion, there was an overall contention that there was a conspiracy by these purported establishment figures that in order to foster and further their deprived ends they perverted the course of justice [23a]. The scandal was also variously known as the “sex for justice scandal” and “sex for judges scandal”.
Many notables, such as Sir Angus Grossart [183] (Deputy Chairman of the Royal Bank of Scotland); Lord Hardie [184] (judge of the Court of Session, and former Lord Advocate); Mr Ivor Reginald Guild (Ex Senior Partner of solicitors Shepherd & Wedderburn and prominent resident of the Edinburgh’s New Club); and the late Very Reverend Andrew Herron (former Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland) of the Scottish establishment were subjectively linked either directly or indirectly with Lord Nimmo Smith’s findings.
Intertwined with ‘Magic Circle’ accusations, numerous suspected establishment figures were also perceived to combine together and to be members of quasi secret societies and privileged organisations such as the Speculative Society[185], the Faculty of Advocates [186], Edinburgh’s New Club [187], and Edinburgh’s Merchant Company where such alleged depraved establishment figures conspire against the public interest. ‘Magic Circle’ influence accusations continue to re-surface; notable are the case of the 100 year secrecy embargo by Lord Cullen [188] upon the Dunblane enquiry [189], the Fettesgate cover-up at Lothian & Borders Police Headquarters [23a].
In 1988 possible homosexual blackmail had been suggested in the Burnett Walker Solicitors case [37]. Ian walker killed himself and money was missing [117][118] [119]. In 1989 Lord Devaird had mysteriously resigned [119]. Rumours abounded. I believe there was a lot more published than this in the late eighties but at present the newspapers of the time are not easily available on the net.
Operation Planet
On 24th March 1990 Lothian and Borders Police launched Operation Planet after a 16 year old boy from a care home, was sodomised by a number of men, having been given cannabis beforehand [1]. Operation Planet was overseen by Detective Superintendent George Ritchie and the Reporting Officer was Detective Inspector Peter Robertson [32][33].
Having sex with children is a serious offence against the law, and in the late 1980’s having homosexual sex with anyone under the age of 21 was an offence [ ].
The pre-trial hearings took place between the 9th and the 11th January 1991. During those hearings it was agreed between the Crown and defence counsels to reduce the 57 indictments to just 10 – allowing five defendants to walk free, and with pleas arranged for the remaining five. Police officers involved in “Operation Planet’ were totally confounded, and extremely angered by this extraordinary turn of events. [1]
The trial of the one defendant, an Edinburgh based solicitor, who had pleaded not guilty, was held on the 15 and 16 January 1991, before Lord Clyde (the Senator of The College of Justice). The jury found the charges to be ‘not proven’. On the 12th February 1991 the remaining five accused persons, who had pleaded guilty, appeared before Lord Clyde for sentencing. One of the accused was sentenced to four years imprisonment. Sentencing of the remaining 4 accused was deferred for nearly 8 months to 8 October 1991 when they appeared before the Lord Justice Clerk and were admonished [1]. This unusual state of affairs was sufficient to raise eyebrows and suspicion to say the least.
Elish McPhilomy (now Elish Angiolini) Report
This internal study paper was authored towards the end of March 1991, as a direct consequence of ‘Operation Planet’, and prosecutions relating to acts of sodomy upon teenage boys. It was produced by the Crown Office and sought to establish a rationale for, and the extent to which, the protections offered by Common Law could be circumvented, and statute law ignored. The author of that paper was the then, Senior Legal Assistant at The Crown Office, Elish McPhilomy (now Elish Angiolini) [1].
The justification given by the Crown Office for this extraordinary action was that “some public concern about the appropriateness of basing charges on Common Law rather than statute” had been expressed. However the only “public concern” cited in the Crown Office report was of an opinion proffered by one of the defence counsels in the ‘Operation Planet’ trial, the Advocate Derek Ogg – and as quoted in The Glasgow Herald on the 20th February 1991 [1].
On the 29th April 1991 a meeting was held between Lord Fraser (the Lord Advocate), Lord Roger (the Solicitor General), Duncan Lowe (the Crown Agent), Alfred Vannet (the Deputy Crown Agent) and persons unknown, to discuss the Elish McPhilomy report [1].
As a result of that meeting, directions were issued by the Crown Office to the Procurators Fiscal (Directive No 2025 on the 28th November 1991) in which the Crown Office effectively sanctioned particular criminal acts, contrary to Law – of teenage boys being sodomised by older men. That directive provided the means by which such activities were to be ‘legitimised’ by The Crown [1].
In response to what the Crown Office described as “public misapprehension”, an amended set of directions was issued (Directive No 2025/1 less than a month later, on the 20th December 1991). However those directions amounted to little more than an adjustment of detail – and with an additional Crown Office directive stating that it saw little justification in pursuing cases involving the clients of ‘rent boys’ [1].
FOI requests submitted to the Crown office for the full text of these circulars and are way overdue [12]. The concern was not simply that officers of the Crown being in breach of their oath (and of ‘malfeasance in public office’). Also there was the matter of the introduction of political activism into the Criminal Justice System – for the purpose of introducing extreme, and unconsented social change [1].
One such issue, of considerable importance, was that of the activities of paedophiles and of organised paedophile rings. The abhorrence of such behaviour is a natural human reaction against those who indulge in such hideously cruel and selfish acts against vulnerable children [1].
However the danger was that the politically motivated misrepresentations of those who attempt to confront paedophilia as ‘homophobic’ (as espoused, for example, in a 1997 article in ‘ScotsGay’ magazine, by Advocate Derek Ogg) can also be seized upon by those with evil intentions to close down any effective response to the serious problem of organised child abuse [1].
In fact the Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) did exactly this and tried to present any attack on paedophiles as an attack on homosexuals generally [41]. More recently so did David Cameron Prime Minister of UK plc in November 2012 in reply to a question from Philip Schofield. He said he “fears a witch hunt against gay people by those commenting online about child abuse allegations” [46] [172].
Elish Angiolini incidentally has received a controversial damehood [116].

Fettesgate [Most of this section derived from the Scotsman 44]
At around midnight on July 19, 1992, an intruder slipped in through an open window – which was apparently left unlatched by detectives who used it as a shortcut to the car park – and made his way to the offices of the Serious Crime Squad.
Daubing Animal Liberation Front slogans on the walls as a smokescreen, he spent two hours searching the offices, including that of Deputy Commander Jimmy Smith, before making off with a haul of confidential files.
Among the two holdalls full of missing documents were ones listing details of police informants, Loyalist sympathisers and Animal Liberation Front activists, but there was one particular police report which would cause huge embarrassment to the force.
It examined the alleged existence of the so-called “magic circle” within the highest echelons of the Scottish judiciary. Written by a respected senior detective, Detective Inspector Roger Orr, it concluded there was evidence to support claims that justice was being seriously subverted by “a well established circle of homosexuals”, including judges, sheriffs and lawyers. Significantly, the report named names.
The police dossier listed five court cases where the outcome caused concern among officers and lawyers and concluded that “homosexuality may well have been used as a means to seriously interfere with the administration of justice”.
Now there was panic at police headquarters. The possibilities – including a potential goldmine for blackmailers and the undermining of public faith in the judicial system – did not bear thinking about.
Derek Donaldson, 32, a convicted fraudster and valued police informant, was quickly identified as the prime suspect. Frantic efforts were made to recover the documents . Two detectives, Detective Chief Superintendent William Hiddleston and Detective Sergeant Peter Brown, eventually promised Donaldson immunity from prosecution as long as the documents were returned [38].
Within weeks, the files had been dumped at the council tip off Dalkeith Road and police informed, but detectives naturally suspected the most sensitive documents had been copied. The deal did not prove popular with the high command, however, who were anxious to see an arrest to act as a deterrent. When he heard of it, Chief Constable Sir William Sutherland immediately vetoed the immunity arrangement.
The Lothian force was under immense scrutiny. The internal report and its controversial initial conclusion was leaked to the Evening News, sparking a national sensation.
The Crown Office appointed a then highly regarded QC, William Nimmo Smith, and a regional Procurator Fiscal, James Friel, to investigate.
The Orr Report
David Johnson, Editor of News and Current affairs at Radio Forth sent a letter to Tarn Dalyell on 26th Nov 1991 [2e] . The matters of concern to him were
a) The Burnett Walker case,
b) The case involving Colin Tucker,
c) Operation Planet and the West End Rent Boys Case,
d) The investigation into the financial affairs of Robert Henderson QC, and
e) Allegations into Sherriff Douglas Allan during the investigations into the business dealings of Mr Stephen Conroy. [2f]
Tarn Dalyell contacted Sir William Sutherland, Chief Constable of Lothian and Borders by letter dated 28th November 1991. The Chief Constable put Detective Inspector Roger Orr to work to write a report in 14 days.
In his conclusion was this sentence “The inference is one of the existence of a well established circle of homosexual persons in Edinburgh with influence in the judiciary who may or may not have exercised that influence but who have formed associations which in themselves lay them open to threats or blackmail” [2g]
The Orr Report was not published and it might never have come to light had it not been for the farce which became known as “Fettesgate”.
It concluded that “homosexuality may well have been used as a means to seriously interfere with the administration of justice”[10] by “a well-established circle of homosexuals”, including judges, sheriffs and lawyers. Significantly, the report named names!
It has still never been published, though unsuccessful attempts have been made to get it released it through a Freedom of Information Request [45]. Shamefully the Orr Report appears to have vanished -destroyed, either corruptly or as part of retention schedule.
The Nimmo Smith Report does have a section, Section 12 approximately page 58 depending on the source of the Nimmo Smith/ Friel Report [2c]
Nimmo Smith / Friel Report
When the level of accusations rose to a fever pitch, the day after the Sunday Independent [167] Call for an Inquiry into collusion by gay judges on Sept 13, Lord Nimmo Smith was commissioned as a joint author with James Friel of what became the Report on an Inquiry into an Allegation of a Conspiracy to Pervert the Course of Justice in Scotland (1993) [2c] [23a].
But just before its publication the Fettesgate farce was about to take another twist. Nimmo Smith was duped into revealing his findings to a bogus journalist. The “journalist” was none other than Derek Donaldson, the original thief of the Orr Report , who immediately sold his “scoop” to a tabloid newspaper [121], indicating that the report had found no evidence of a homosexual conspiracy.
Days later, Nimmo Smith was admitted to hospital with nervous exhaustion. Donaldson was later jailed for assaulting a real journalist (Duncan Campbell) who had continued to investigate the events amidst rumours of a set up.
The Nimmo Smith / Friel Report [2c] was finally published in January 1993. In essence the Nimmo Smith / Friel Report found all the lawyers linked to the Magic Circle clique innocent of any wrongdoing and all of the policemen who investigated this affair guilty of homophobia. All the rent boys and others who supported the Orr findings were liars and crooks. Peoples powers of recall was also found by Nimmo Smith / Friel to be perfect among the lawyers, and wanting among the others [8a].
The 101 page report concluded there was no evidence to support the idea of a conspiracy to undermine justice, but strongly criticised a number of police officers. Some had been “prepared to give as much credence to rumour as to actual evidence and to believe in conspiracy theories whether or not supported by evidence”, it said. Other officers, it suggested, had been motivated by homophobia.
The Police were almost certainly not as guilty as declared in a report authored by members of the legal profession, which exonerated their own professional colleagues and was biased against the Police. However the Police were not in much of a position to argue as they had allowed the theft of the Orr report and Detective Chief Superintendent William Hiddleston had announced an amnesty which later had to be rescinded.
The regional Lothian Police were probably much less powerful than lawyers linked to the national Procurator Fiscal Office and Crown Office. Detective Chief Superintendent William Hiddleston announced his retirement just hours after the Chief Constable had admitted a small group of detectives “may have let the side down”. Several other officers connected were moved to uniformed duties.
After the publication of the Nimmo Smith/ Friel Report and the Police resignations the publicity about the Magic Circle largely died down but the issues it brought up have never gone away. If the contention was in any way correct that there was a network of paedophiles in the legal profession and in powerful positions, which the Nimmo Smith / Friel Report overlooked, the issues were never going to go away.
Legal Shenanigans and Magic Circle Updates
The Nimmo Smith report states Extract: [2d]
“The part of Orr’s report which relates to the case against May and Tucker refers to Tucker’s homosexuality, states that May is a practising homosexual, and alleges that May was involved in the running of an hotel and nightclub in Thailand. According to the report this place “is openly engaged in providing services for homosexuals particularly in the procurement of young male prostitutes or rent boys for the sexual gratification of visitors. The complex is thought to have been frequented by several persons popular on the Edinburgh gay scene, including the gay element of the legal fraternity.”
“We are in possession of no evidence which would support this latter allegation.”
Others contend that there was however abundant evidence of the allegation if he had chosen to look. In 2003 A Sunday Herald article [93], a piece of investigative journalism by award-winning journalist Neil McKay deals with Gordon May and a Thai gay-sex tourist hotel murder/scandal.
Martin Frutin, a key player in the Magic Circle Affair, contradicted the allegations of the rent boys (you might say he would wouldn’t he) and his evidence was accepted by Nimmo Smith. In 1996 he was convicted of possessing child pornography [123], and he moved to Thailand. Despite child pornography being found in his Thai house he was suspected of having contributed to Police funds and became a prominent member of the local Masonic Lodge, Pattaya West Winds, as well as the gay scene. His death is reported by Andrew Drummond in 2010 [94].
Despite the fact that Foreign Travel Orders were introduced in 2007 to stop paedophiles visiting countries plagued by child sex tourism, such as Cambodia, Thailand and India, Frutin was able to travel between Scotland and Thailand freely. This highlights the failure of the Scottish Courts to grant a single order banning travel by paedophiles [95] .
The latest development on this is the clearing by a Thai court (judgement included in article link below) of the investigative journalist Andrew Drummond who faced jail after writing articles that dealt with Gordon May, and among other things, his trial in the Teague Homes case at Dunfermline where he was, with co-defendant Colin Tucker, sensationally cleared of embezzlement. [96]
This was dealt with in detail in the Nimmo-Smith / Friel Report. However the Thai court came to different conclusions regarding the £243,438.00 embezzled from Teague about which they said “However, the income of Teague Homes Co., Ltd. was spent to open of the biggest gay sex bar in Asia. The Court saw that it presented the facts of the case. Such article was just information which is public information.” [96]
2012 Dec 28 Former Procurator Fiscal Depute Stuart Macfarlane is found with 15,000 child pornography images. He escaped earlier charges of indecency with a prostitute whilst serving under Lord Advocate Elish Angiolini, the Crown Office claiming at the time “it was not in the public interest” to prosecute the former prosecutor who has now admitted to being a paedophile. [20] One person said “There’s more chance of winning the lottery than winning justice in Scotland.” [125]
Even today the self serving lawyers are making it completely clear that the justice system is not to provide justness for the people , it is to provide the lawyers with a wealthy lifestyle [166]. The saga to try to make the Judiciary even have a register of interests is painfully slow [168]. Calls have been made by the Judicial Complaints Reviewer to the Justice Secretary to take action against anti transparency judges and judicial self regulation [169].
In 2014 especially the Scottish Justice system is coming under increasing pressure to become more transparent, accountable, more accessible for more people and cheaper to use. It would seem that dissatisfaction with the Scottish legal system is rife and the system is unjust, corrupt, elitist, exclusive, expensive, opaque – not fit for purpose and individuals within it run it as a self serving club and use the courts to exclude their and others paedophilia from justice or justness.
Only 9 lawyers were struck off from 35 Tribunal cases in 2013 [226]

Robert Green
So now we have examined some of the dubious background to the Scottish Legal Establishment, we come back to the man arrested for the second time, mentioned at the start of the article. His name is Robert Green. Much of the background to Roberts story can be found here [211]. This video [223] is of Robert telling the story of Hollie Greig.
Briefly though, for those who do not know it, journalist Robert, perhaps naively in 2009 was expecting justness for Hollie Greig. Hollie had been repeatedly raped and abused from the age of 6. Unknown to her mother she had even caught a sexually transmitted disease at the age of 9 which was found written in her medical records. Hollie much later, had named the perpetrators and it appears her paedophile father had introduced her to a network of other paedophiles. The list of the paedophile ring involved in the rapes of Hollie named is available [225] . However no investigation took place, named suspects were not even interviewed [224].
Robert found this sordid cesspit of sexual excess, secrecy and corruption that passes for a justice system in Scotland. Then the Justice system turned on Robert who was arrested, tried and locked up for a year for Breach of Peace in Aberdeen for merely having leaflets in his bag about the Hollie case. (update 7 June 2014 Robert was not even handing the leaflets out at the time – he only had them in his bag). He was arrested for supposedly breaking conditions on a piece of paper that was not even served on him until weeks after his arrest. This supposed Breach of the Peace cost the Scottish taxpayers half a million pounds, the rapes of Hollie Greig go unpunished and Robert was sentence to a year in jail.
On release from jail however Robert Green bravely continued to expose the inept, corrupt and the criminal behaviour of some of those inside legal system in Scotland. Individuals in this system with perhaps a lot to lose, feel threatened and because they have the power, they use it and abuse it. It is not the rule of law it is the rule of the corrupt paedophiles and their friends. This is not about the law this is about power and what these people in power want covered up.
Roberts second jail term began when Robert was arrested by Sergeant Robinson, Cheshire Police PC3158 and Detective Inspector Drummond of the Aberdeen Police on Valentines Day 2014 at about 11.30 am at his home in Warrington, Cheshire. He was taken up to Aberdeen, where a quick hearing was held in court that day. He was then taken that night to Perth Prison. He had his home searched and computers and other possessions taken. [24][25]
According to close family members, Drummond stated that Robert had been arrested for breach of a Non Molestation Order which is believed to have been issued with regard to court actions by former Head of Law Scotland Procurator Fiscal Elish Angiolini. Robert Green has alleged that the Scottish Establishment has covered up the abuse and that Angiolini failed to take appropriate action when informed of the abuse [59].
Robert’s family were very concerned for his welfare and safety at the hands of Police Scotland, particularly since he was abused by being held in solitary confinement for four days when last arrested by Scottish Police whilst trying to raise public awareness in Aberdeen of the abuse of children in Scotland and abuse cover-ups by the police, courts and wider establishment. [59]
The abuse of power by Police Scotland has continued in this latest arrest, as Robert has been denied his own Solicitor, as offered by the family. Police Scotland maintained that Robert had been offered a Scottish Panel Solicitor but had refused those named. Robert therefore remains unrepresented in Scotland under a law system alien to English Common Law [59].
Police Scotland, now the powerful State police for the whole of Scotland, reported that Robert had only been ‘detained’ and that he would be held for 12 hours and then either charged or released. Following a ‘solemn’ hearing of the charge in Aberdeen in the afternoon (‘solemn’ is more serious than ‘summary’ under Scottish law) Robert was retained on remand and was taken to Perth Prison late in the evening [59].
On February 21st Robert was in court, at the time of writing the charge unclear, but the lady Sheriff, Mrs Macdonald from Dundee refused bail on the grounds that previously bail conditions had been breached, allegedly in relation to the previous trial/sentence. He has since had two more unsuccessful bail applications.
Robert also mentioned that the psychiatrists and psychologist who interviewed him on his arrival in Aberdeen on the day of his arrest (the 2nd interview took place after midnight!) were bemused that Dr Wearden had referred him to them, both expressed surprise as they found him to be perfectly sane and in his right mind.
Outside the court hearing Belinda Mckenzie was harrassed by two women believed to be Sylvia Major and Rachel Keeley of the Hoax Campaign run from the offices of Levy Mcrae the lawyers for Alex Salmond and Elish Angiolini.
So it is unsurprising, but still shocking that the people Robert upsets, should use and abuse their power and the law by locking him up on trumped up charges. However each time they do, Robert Green’s standing and integrity grow. The seedy legal establishment are sowing the seeds of their own exposure.
So what could have irritated the Scottish legal establishment in the month or so before Roberts incarceration enough to take Robert by the of force rather than the force of law again in their control?
Although Roberts last blog post before jail was about Elish Angiolini [48], Robert is in no doubt that whatever the reasons proffered by the Police and legal establishment in 2014 for his second imprisonment, that the real reasons for dramatic abduction from his home country were primarily twofold.
Firstly one reason Robert said is “…my public exposure of Alex Salmond’s breaches of the Freedom of Information Act Scotland in repeatedly denying the Information Commissioner’s requirements for him to disclose his involvement in Hollie’s case… I would urge you to concentrate on the two articles from The Firm 3rd June [109] and The Firm 11th July [110], which not only expose Salmond’s mendacity but also show how the Scottish people are denied vital information about their leader by the Scottish media” [62]. The outgoing Scottish Information Commissioner even stated that freedom of information was being undermined by the Scottish Authorities [196].
It would appear that Alex Salmond has taken the decision to ignore the law, and that course will be less harmful to him he calculates than releasing the information of his involvement in the Hollie Grieg case. He interestingly shares the same solicitor as Angiolini -Levy Mcrae.

Porky Pies
The second issue was that of the Violate Club. “The arresting officer [DS Stewart] kept asking me what I knew about it, even though it had nothing to do with the official reason for my arrest. I think they thought I was going to publish the names of the 6 judges and the rest, but I truthfully don’t know their identities.” [62]
Robert had twice posted about a sexual fettish club called The Violate Club [49]. His post on 30th Jan [50] exposed the fact that the membership of this club was heavily represented by members of the judiciary, senior police officers, lawyers, politicians and court officials and a few days later gave the job titles of many [51].
Robert wrote “Amongst other things, members are treated to displays of simulated rape and sexual acts between humans and animals”. Robert contrasts his treatment with treatment of sex offenders. “Does it surprise anyone that in contrast, these three highly influential sex offenders have walked free?”
“Liam Gibson, of Gibson Marine, convicted but not imprisoned for possessing over 50,000 child pornographic images, just around the time I was jailed for trying to expose perverts like him.
Douglas Haggarty, technical head of the Scottish Legal Aid Board, who was found committing a sexual act with a boy in the toilets of a large Glasgow store. Of course, not only was Haggarty not sent to prison, but kept his highly paid public post of trust and responsibility!
Stuart MacFarlane, a former deputy of Elish Angiolini, who was arrested when having sex with a female prostitute in a public place, put the two arresting police officers in hospital when he attacked them and was subsequently discovered to possess some 15,000 child pornographic images.”
He states “Is it any wonder that Tim Rustige and I have been dragged before Scottish courts and imprisoned for trying to expose this endemic national corruption over child sex abuse? “
Whilst Robert was in jail he was meant to appear as witness for Tim Rustige. He was not allowed to and perhaps this was part of the intention behind his imprisonment.
Tim Rustige
Tim Rustige another campaigner for human rights and social justice was also arrested, charged, found guilty and sentenced and imprisoned. Coverage of his trial here from Paul Malpas, Part 1 [105] and Part 2 [106], Pauls pre sentencing thoughts [104] and on the Rusty sentencing [170] when he was given 9 months on 27 March. The Truth is no Defence in Nonceland is the offering from Rustys Blog [103] the author unknown. A characteristic of the Scottish trials for Robert and Rusty has been the lack of due process, proper procedure, lack of attention to the law and lack of transparency. It is still not clear what the exact charge was or even what evidence there was that Rusty was guilty.
Hopefully more details will emerge but in one sense this is not about the law or lack of it. It is about the ability of a corrupt Scottish Establishment to force through a desired outcome, due the the position of power that they are in. It is about abuse of that privileged position and about suppressing information that would be harmful to individuals in those positions of power in that establishment.
An Englishman and a Welshman have been kidnapped from their homes, their possessions ransacked and stolen and the men have been put behind bars in Scotland, a foreign country with a foreign legal jurisdiction. Their crime is to have upset the Scottish legal establishment by drawing attention to the deficiencies in the investigation of a child rape victim. In return the establishment have tried to silence them.
These lawyers behave like 14 year old bullies, and if they get away with it their behaviour gets worse. They are a corrupt criminal cartel, who occupy the posts we the public have been led to believe, or brainwashed to believe, are are for honourable people who believe in justice. They are in fact for people who believe in power, and once in those positions of power, they misuse them for their own ends. Their own ends are unjust, sordid, and self serving.
The appalling behaviour of lawyers is nothing new. Part of the reason for their existence is that they legitimised the stealing of land for whoever paid them, as detailed in The Poor Had No Lawyers. Who Owns Scotland (And How They Got It) by Andy Wightman [63].
What can people do to help ?
Firstly help support Robert and Rusty and their families. Please write to Robert and Rusty.
Please write the prisoner numbers on both the envelope and inside of your letter or card, as correspondence is opened and read and can go missing. In jail paper, stamps and envelopes are limited, so if you could include stamped addressed envelopes for a reply and even some extra stamps and blank envelopes they would be gratefully received. Again these should be marked with the recipients Prisoner number and the number of stamps or envelopes you are including and cross referenced in the letter. Robert received over 100 birthday cards for his recent birthday when he was 68 :)

Belinda Mckenzie says in Battle for Britains Children Blog [222] “A well-informed Scottish source recently told Robert Green that the letters and emails sent to the Scottish Ministers and politicians in support of Robert have had a great effect on the Scottish Establishment. This means that the Scottish authorities are really feeling the pressure over their imprisonment of Robert Green and failure to properly investigate Hollie Greig’s allegations of sex abuse. ” On the blog are also some templates of letters and who to write to. Belinda also suggests that Aberdeen is the focus of the Hollie Greig/Robert Green/Tim Rustige/Salmond Independence issues.
Step Forwards without Fear. We are spiritual beings in humans bodies. We do have to be afraid of these people. The paedophiles in power will do everything to deny the truth and will ultimately shrink from the truth.
