ABOUT ME

Alice Little

I’m a survivor of childhood sexual, emotional, ritual and narcissistic abuse. This abuse and neglect caused me to suffer with depression and suicidal thoughts throughout my life. Setting me up to meet further Narcissists in the form of partners, colleagues and friends. People who would take my already damaged self-esteem and crush it even further. Finally I had had enough! I went No Contact with family, friends, home, and career. FOREVER! Left with nothing but myself I had nowhere to turn but within to look at my own troubled mind. I explored many therapies and religions in a quest to heal and understand myself. After I went No Contact everything I had known fell away. The Narcissists had destroyed the lot. I gave up therapy and religion and the life I had. Eventually finding a world of simplicity and contentment. If you are thinking of going No Contact with your abusive family or the toxic people in your life, I have already taken that route and survived. I managed to succeed despite their abuse. In this book I take you into my world and my journey, giving you, the reader, questions and contemplations to ask yourself about your own life. Could you? Could you go No Contact to save yourself? I DID!
